Meet the Founder, I’m Mavis founder and visionary of Mama Mavis Creole Kitchen and Catering LLC. I started my business after relocating here in 2019. Once people realized where I was from south Louisiana, their reactions to the possibility of creole cuisine was priceless. So I began cooking meals in my kitchen and eventually founded Mama Mavis Creole Kitchen. What began as a passion for authentic Creole cooking has grown into a purpose-driven brand rooted in faith, family, and excellence. I believe food should do more than satisfy, it should connect, celebrate, and create lasting experiences and memories.
